在二零一九年五月十九日，同性婚姻在台灣獲得合法化。天亞社訪問我對此新法例的一些反省，這條法例會為一些人帶來短暫的快樂，但在長遠來說，會為台灣人造成重大的痛苦。
我假定讀者都明白天主教教義所反對同性「婚姻」的立場，那麼我就不會在這裡重覆。
我會反省為何同性婚姻會獲得合法化，儘管絶大多數台灣民眾都反對。我會根據兩方面嘗試解釋：一）司法專斷；二）作為全球性解放運動的一部分。
（一）司法專斷
在二零一七年五月廿四日，憲法法庭裁定，根據中華民國憲法，婚姻平等及自由的憲法權利，保證同性配偶有權結婚。法庭繼而要求行政院及立法院在兩年內頒布法例，保障這項權利。
司法專斷是指司法裁決被質疑基於個人或政治取向，而不是現行的法律。法庭在二零一七年作出這項裁決之前，提倡同性婚姻人士極力展開游說工作，並且得到傳媒及一些重要立委的一面倒支持，爭取制定同性婚姻法；但是由於受到台灣一般民眾的普遍強烈反對，這些法律一直無法制訂。
不過，在二零一七年五月，法院篡奪了政府民選機構的權力、以及台灣人民的意願，損害了法治精神及民主制度。
儘管現任的民進黨政府真的很樂意地回應法院要求，制定同性婚姻法，但是人民並不感到高興。為反對法庭的裁決，台灣曾經舉行一項全民公投，有超過七百萬名選民確認，民事法應對婚姻定義為只屬於一男一女的結合。
有人在社交媒體表示：「這是民主的死亡，七百萬人在公投中投票反對同性婚姻，而他們的投票竟然毫無意義。」
不單只在台灣，在世界各地的法院，都否定了立法機構對同性婚姻的立場及人民的意願，要瞭解法院為何這樣做，我們必須檢視它的主要原因：世界各地性解放運動。
（二）世界各地性解放運動
人類學家曾經對更高發展文化（書寫語言、科學、工程、藝術、醫藥、文學、建築等）與更原始文化作出比較。他們發現更高的文化水平，性活動就會限於一男一女婚姻；更原始的文化卻容許婚前及婚外性行為，以及易於離開現有配偶及再婚。
更高文化的特色是強大的家族、高度社會能量、利用理性分析解決社會問題。原始文化的特色是「遷就」社會問題，而不是以理性解決它們，這導致文化水平慢慢向下滑。
由於性解放令社會及文化變得脆弱，為何各國領袖仍提倡性解放運動呢？答案是性解放運動不是全國性的，而是國際性、全球性的運動，由那些最富有的個人（例如，索羅斯），財力雄厚的基金（洛克菲勒）及有錢的公司（蘋果）及富有的國家（美國）推動。
「富裕」人士提倡性解放，使他們可以成為超級富豪：因為性解放運動破壞家庭及令到社會能量及文化的理性力量變得脆弱，這些超級富豪就能操控經濟，這樣有更多更多的國家及國際的財富從一般民眾流向他們。
在過去二十年，正當性解放運動的蔓延各地，富有的人也同時成為超級富豪，而一般民眾，尤其是年輕人，就變得貧困（在美國及台灣，這是一個明顯的經濟事實）。超級富豪控制傳媒，向提倡性解放的組織給予大筆金錢，並且逐漸將性解放每下一步行動正常化：台灣的最新一步行動，就是同性婚姻法。
總結而言，世界各地性解放運動現在將會利用傳媒及大筆金錢，在亞洲各地提倡同性婚姻。祈求天主聖三派遣真正的國家領導人，保護家庭及兒童免受邪魔侵害。

Some reflections on the new same-sex marriage law
Same–sex marriage became legal in Taiwan on 17 May 2019. UCAN has asked me to make some reflections on this new law: a law which will make some people temporarily happy, but which, in the long run, will cause great suffering to the people of Taiwan. I assume our readers understand the Catholic teaching against same-sex “marriage” and so will not repeat it here. I will reflect on how same-sex marriage became legal, despite the fact that the overwhelming majority of Taiwanese citizens are opposed to its legalization. I will try to explain that the passage of same-sex marriage as: 1) a form of judicial tyranny; and 2) as part of the worldwide sexual liberation movement.
1. Judicial Tyranny
On 24 May 2017, the Constitutional Court ruled that the constitutional right to equality and freedom of marriage guarantees same-sex couples the right to marry under the Constitution of the Republic of China. The Court then required the Parliament to enact laws to guarantee this right within two years. Judicial tyranny refers to judicial rulings that are suspected of being based on personal or political preference, rather than on existing law. Previous to the Courts ruling in 2017, same-sex marriage proponents had lobbied hard, with overwhelming support from the media and key legislators, for same-sex marriage laws; but because of strong popular resistance from the ordinary people of Taiwan, these laws were never enacted. But in May 2017, the Court usurped the power of the elected branches of government and the will of the people of Taiwan, damaging the rule of law and democracy. While it is true that the current DPP government was very happy to be required to enact a same-sex marriage law, the people were not happy about it. In opposition to the Courts ruling, a referendum was held in which over 7,000,000 voters affirmed marriage in the civil law should be defined as exclusively a union of one man and one woman. As one expressed on social media: “This is the death of democracy. Seven million people voted against same-sex marriage in the referendum and their votes meant nothing.” To understand why Courts, not only in Taiwan but all over the world, have overruled the legislature and will of the people regarding same-sex marriage, we must examine its primary cause: the worldwide sexual liberation movement.
2. World Wide Sexual Liberation Movement
Anthropologists, who have compared higher developed cultures (written language, science, engineering, art, medicine, literature, architecture, etc.) to more primitive cultures, have discovered that higher cultural level correlates with restricting sexual activity to within a one man, one woman marriage; more primitive cultures correlate with permitting pre-marital and extra-marital sex as well as easy leaving current spouse and remarriage. Higher cultures are characterized by strong families, high social energy and the use of reason to solve social problems. Primitive cultures are characterized by “adjusting” to social problems, rather than using reason to solve them; this leads to a slow downward drift in the cultural level. Since sexual liberation weakens a society and culture, why would leaders of nations promote sexual liberation movement. The answer is the sexual liberation movement is not a national but an international, worldwide movement promoted by the richest individuals (for example, Soros), richest foundations (Rockefeller), richest corporations (Apple) and richest countries (USA). The “rich” are promoting sexual liberation so that they can become super-rich: as the sexual liberation movement destroys families and weakens the social energy and rational power of a culture, the super-rich are able to manipulate the economy so that more and more of the national and international wealth flows away from ordinary citizens and to them. In the last 20 years, as the sexual liberation movement has spread, at the same time the rich have become super-rich and the ordinary citizens, especially the young, have gotten poorer (in USA and Taiwan this is an obvious economic fact). The super-rich control the media, give large amounts of money to organizations that promote sexual liberation and gradually normalize each next step in sexual liberation: the most recent step for Taiwan, the same-sex marriage law.
In conclusion, the worldwide sexual movement will now use the media and large sums of money to promote same-sex marriage throughout Asia. Pray the Most Holy Trinity will send your nation true leaders who will protect your families and children from this evil.
